Thank you for the CONNECT THE DOTS!!

Don't forget about my 100 post giveaway!

Hello hello!  Today I have a post that I have been so excited to share!  Recently I won a giveaway hosted by The Lacquer Tracker.  And not just any giveaway...the prize was the much eluded Lynderella's Connect The Dots!  When I saw the post declaring the winner I seriously could not believe my eyes! And I am woman enough to admit that I screamed (my boyfriend was there, he can attest to that).

How cute is the announcement post?  Tara loves Domos, she is so cute!  Don't forget to check out her blog!  She does some awesome swatches.

Well after waiting very patiently for my Connect The Dots to get all the way to New York from Canada I finally got to try out its amazingness!

As you all know, Connect The Dots is an amazing black and white glitter with different sized hex, micro, square and bar glitters in a clear base with a subtle shimmer.  I wish the shimmer would have been more noticeable in the photos.  I found it difficult to get some of the bigger glitters onto the brush, but the smaller ones went on with ease.  For my first CTD mani I decided to layer it over neon yellow.

Here's what I used
Lynderella Connect The Dots
Nina Ultra Pro Solar Flare

The polish really explains itself.  It is infamous, and you guys can see why!  I am already coming up with other manis to use CTD with and I can't wait to try them out!

What do you guys think of CTD?

Claws up!

  1. Congrats! Love that polish so much!

  2. I like these together a lot! That yellow is gorgeous!!

  3. I like that you combined the yellow with the black and white, but honestly I don't see what all the fuss is about. The bright yellow on the other hand = awesome!

  4. congrats :-D
i love, love, love this polish, i'll have it... one day ;-D

  5. I like it & think it looks great, but I'm not sure it lives up to the hype for me!

  6. CONGRATS!!!! I need to find that Nina!

  7. Connect the Dots looks incredible over that beautiful neon yellow! I love that it's not too harsh for a neon yellow- it has a softer look to it, somehow. Gorgeous. I'm so glad that you're liking your prize!
