Roaring Rocking Red

Less than 20 days left to win some Zoyas in my GIVEAWAY!!

I love nail strips. I really do. I know some nail art enthusiasts are not the biggest fans, but I think nail strips offer some awesome nail art with minimum effort and extended wear. Don't get me wrong, I love painting on my own art, but sometimes I just don't have the time. Two weeks ago I visited home for a long weekend.  I really had to scramble to get everything done before I left, which meant I needed to get a quick mani in. I thought about doing a basic swatch, or a glitter topper, but I wanted something a bit more WOW to wear on my fingers while visiting New York.

The Sally Hansen nail strips are awesome. They are made from real nail polish so they are really easy to work with. They are also super long so I can cut the strips in half to fit my infant sized fingernails. That means I get double the wear out of one box, and that means saving money!  However, I don't want to wear the same manicure twice, so that means getting a little creative.

Since I cut these into pieces, I had even more extra strips. I decided to do something I rarely ever do - nail art on my toes! I present to you, for the second time ever, my toes:

I had so much fun with this look. It was a nice change of pace to get creative with nail strips. I know I have rocked red with leopard print a few times on the blog, but its one of my favorite combinations. Its just so chic and classy, but still super fun. Oh...and sorry for the foot photo. I really don't like my feet, or any feet for that matter.  But I just loved actually having nail art of my toes, and actually matching my mani to my pedi!

What do you think of this red and leopard look? Do you like getting creative with nail strips?

Claws Up!
