About two years ago, I stumbled upon Zoya Jacqueline, the perfect off-white polish. Not just a perfect color, but I thought it was so cool that a nail polish and I shared a name. Around the same time I also found Julep Jackie, not spelled the same, but close enough. That is how I started my collection of nail polishes with my name.
Recently, I saw a review of Adesse New York nail polish on Moxie Reviews, I have never heard of this brand before, but I nearly died with how amazing it was. Adesse New York is a New York (and we all know I am a very proud New Yorker) based nail polish company that is cruelty free and vegan. Their recent collection, The NYC Friends collection, featured a polished called, of course, Jacqueline! A cruelty free and vegan, New York nail polish with my name? There was no was I was passing this one up!
Not only does this polish have an awesome name and amazing background, but Jacqueline is a beautiful color as well. I am in love with the light purple/lavender color. The formula was perfect too. This polish applied so smoothly, and shown is two coats without top coat. This one was a big winner in my book!
In addition to my Jacqueline nail polish series, I wanted to share Julep Jacqueline with you again. I just got it in my Julep Maven June box, but I wanted to make sure I didn't leave her out here.
Stay tuned for the second installment of the Say My Name version 2.0 series.
